About A Midsummer Night’s Dream
A Midsummer Night's Dream is a romantic comedy by William Shakespeare written in the late-1500s. The play is one of Shakespeare's most popular and tells the story of a group of hapless mortals, clowns and lovers who are lost at night in an Athenian forest when the fairies come out to work their tricks and illusions.

The Lao Heritage Foundation is proud to present of its ongoing projects, to be featured during the launch:
* Gold Thread Embroidery of Luang prabang Royal Court by Prince Nithakhong Somsanith
* Music of the Kaen, Lao national musical instrument, and the saw, a two string bow lute
* Traditional dances by the local Kinnaly Dance Troupe
* Lacquer Making, used in Khon masks for epic dances and Nang Keo headdresses for royal performances
* Antique and traditional Lao Textiles by Keomontree Duangbupha
A selection of original paintings and limited reproductions by Prince Nithakhong Somsanith, and some traditional textiles will be available for purchase. The proceeds from the sales will go toward supporting our ongoing programs and projects.

Cornish Music Series Presents Scores of Sound
SEATTLE, WA – Cornish College of the Arts presents Scores of Sound April 24-27, 2007. Scores of Sound is a music series comprised of four days and nights of non-stop student performances, including jazz ensembles and vocalists, new music, classical vocalists, music theatre, electronic music, instrumental soloists, gamelan music and classical chamber ensembles.
Concerts are one hour unless otherwise noted below.
