Fourth Annual Wig & Skirt Throwdown. We got some more information about this fun event: Cover charge is $5 or an item for the Shrine of Mullet (see www.mulletsgalore.com ) . There is also a Wig and Skirt party website: http://www.studiodec.com/wigz.html . But they didnít post the address. Itís also a pleasure to see J-Justice (New York style/Seattle style) on the DJ list.

The PURGE & GATHER PARTY! Pat (Space Virgin) Cole is having a daylight party at her place. The announcement is a little bit mysterious. It sounds like a yard sale with interesting art stuff. If you need material build parade floats, theatre sets, arty decorations, or even to decorate your studio you will find more than you need. But see for yourself: "Don't miss this opportunity for enlightenment and inspiration! Purger's will be ecstatically rewarded with stuff! not to mention...the spectacular karmic rewards of assisting this fabulous woman of generous heart and mind into the release her materialistic burden and her entry into the minimalistic dimension."

Pat is indeed a fabulous woman and she also knows how to party. I am sure she'll get you a nice wig and a skirt too!

Blow-Out 80's Dance Party. This one doesnít have a chance against the Wig & Skirt party. And why is every party this weekend on Saturday and nothing is going on Friday? This party is organized by the Pubmixer lady, who organizes parties for masses here in Seattle like that crazy Loveshack guy. I have been to one Pubmixer event and I actually liked it. So if you have a problem wearing a wig and a skirt and you are not into Helium karaoke than maybe this party is something for you. I can borrow you some shirtsÖ

ìThere will be two full bars, a live DJ (DJ Diskyze) and all-night dancing!! This is also their kick-off event for a regular series of 80's nights at their Lounge. As a result, they've brought in their own promoter who will also be adding to the Guest List...meaning it's going to be a big & diverse group! They are also opening their outdoor patio with heat lamps overlooking the water. 80's attire is encouraged (but not mandatory).î
