In case you missed the Full Moon Party in Koh Pha-Ngan. It was crowded but disappointing - like 4th of July on Pioneer Square in Tel Aviv. Sorry, we missed sending out the invite for yesterday's opening of The Big One show at the Burke Museum. The very talented Christine Taylor is part of the show, which runs through September 2nd (www.burkemuseum.org).
Friday 3/1.
Yumiko Kayukawa at Roq La Rue: this time it seems to happen. We have received the official R' la R' invitation. If it's written in an email it must be true! For more information see http://www.roqlarue.com. The opening will be from 6pm to 10pm. Best time is 8:30pm in my opinion - right before they run out of alcohol and snacks.
Saturday 3/2.
Century Ballroom: is celebreating its 5th anniversary. It's a free, fun event at the Century Ballroom located at 915
E Pine on the 2nd floor. There will be salsa and swing dance performances, live and DJ'd Music, including CAMBALACHE. http://centuryballroom.com/
Experience Scott Project: This week Party Volcano has received an invite to a party on Saturday called The Experience Scott Project (ESP). It sounds awfully like a Loveshack clone. 500 people are invited and the invite is stupid: http://www.evite.com/r?iid=OHNQBWJEWKCTFRCTUNFB . I wouldn't go.
